The competitor and the members of the crew, both individually and in common, declare and accept, for themselves and for all the people who operate for them during the "WinteRace 2023", as follows: a) to have the necessary preparation and expertise to take part in tests of the type to which this inscription refers and that the registered car is suitable and in condition to face the test itself; b) to comply with the rules governing the conduct of this race which takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Code, the Sports and Technical Regulations of the F.I.V.A., the A.S.I.
