Conditions of registration

In case of cancellation of the crew notified by 16 January 2022, there will be a penalty equal to 50% of the amount paid; beyond that date no refund will be recognized.

If the event cannot take place due to unforeseen reasons of force majeure (example COVID-19, natural disaster), the amount paid by the crew will be kept valid for the next edition.
