THURSDAY, MARCH 7TH 2024

Crew Arrivals & checks before the event from 1:30 pm

There will be the following sporting checks at Grand Hotel Savoia***** a Radisson Collection Hotel, in Via Roma 62 in Cortina d’Ampezzo;

  1. Sporting checks;
  2. Delivery of the WinteRace 2024 Roadbook;
  3. Delivery of the gifts.
  1. Sporting checks from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm

The WinteRace Driver will need to present the following compulsory documents during the sporting checks:

  • driving license;
  • sporting documents of the car FIVA;
  • insurance of the car;

Each crew will receive a kit including:

  • 2 competition number plates to place on the car’s doors;
  • 2 fluorescent numbers to place on the car’s windshield & back glass;
  • 1 plate “Verificato” to place on the car;
  • badges for the driver and the co-driver;

Technical checks will not be provided

  1. Delivery of WinteRace 2024 Roadbook
  1. Delivery of the gifts.

Sponsor gifts will be delivered to your hotel room.

TEST DRIVE ASTON MARTIN VERONA

The car sponsor Aston Martin Verona offers the opportunity to all the crews to the WinteRace, to book at info@astonmartin-verona.it test drive of the DBX707 or DB12 on Thursday 7th March, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm; and on Sunday 10th, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

OPENING WINTERACE 2024 FROM 8:00: ORGANIZATION WELCOME AND AFTER GIRARD- PERREGAUX-STANDING DINNER FROM 8:30

All WinteRace participants will be welcomed from The Organization and Sponsor, in Dolomia Hall at Grand Hotel Savoia*****, at 8:00 pm. Furthermore, they can listen to the sports coordinator’s suggestions regarding the Race Program.

After that, the Organisation will be glad to welcome all WinteRace crews to the GIRARD- PERREGAUX Standing Dinner from 8:30 pm. always at Dolomia Hall.

Dress code: casual elegant.

FRIDAY, MARCH 8TH 2024

FIRST LEG

The departure of the first WinteRace competitor will be at 9:00 am from Cortina d’Ampezzo– Corso Italia. Each WinteRace crew, must be present there 30 minutes before the departure, which is published on the Official Race Notice Board, entering from Piazza Pittori Ghedina; and must be at the organization’s disposal in Corso Italia & ready for tailback.

In the morning, on the historic Pass Gardena, one of more famous Dolomite’s pass, there will be a stop of 15’ for a coffee-break at the Chalet Gerard from 10:15 am to 11:15 am.

There will be a stop of 20’ for a short optional visit at Prösels Castle, in Fiè allo Sciliar (BZ) from 11:00 am to 11:20 am.

Cars will be presented in the touristic locality of Moena from 12.30 pm to 2:00 pm.

Lunch break will take place in Vigo di Fassa at Ciampedie Luxury Alpine Spa Hotel*****, in Strada Neva n. 5, from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm.

This first leg will end in Cortina d’Ampezzo in Corso Italia at 5:30 pm with the arrival of the first car in Corso Italia and it will be followed by the cars’ parade presented by the journalist

Savina Confaloni.

No overnight car fleet provided.

Informal dinner starting from 8:00 pm in the Restaurant Savoy of Grand Hotel Savoia *****.

SATURDAY, MARCH 9TH 2024

SECOND LEG

The departure of the first WinteRace competitor will be at 9:00 am from Cortina d’Ampezzo– Corso Italia. Each WinteRace crew, must be present there 30 minutes before the departure, which is published on the Official Race Notice Board, entering from Square Pittori Ghedina; and must be at the organization’s disposal in Corso Italia & ready for tailback.

In the morning, cars will be presented in Pieve di Cadore at Tiziano Square, the famous renaissance painter, from 11:00 pm to 12:00 pm; then there will be a “coffee-break” at Tiffany Cafè.

Lunch break will be in Passo Monte Croce at the Hotel Kreuzberg**** from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.

During the afternoon, there will be a coffee break at Franz Kraler Boutique in Dobbiaco (BZ) from 3:00 pm.

The second leg will end in Cortina d’Ampezzo – Corso Italia – at 5:00 pm with the arrival of the first car in front of Piazza Dibona and it will be followed by the cars’ parade, presented by the journalist Savina Confaloni.

GALA DINNER & AWARDS CEREMONY FROM 8:30 pm

The Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony, will start at 8.30 pm in the Dolomia Hall at Grand Hotel Savoia *****.

Dress Code for the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony:

  • Ladies – formal elegant
  • Gentlemen – dark suit
