The entry from must be completed in every field. The registration must be payed when submitting the entry form using the following bank coordinates:

If the entry team will cancel the participation within the 4th January 2027, the organizer WINTERACE Srl reserves the right to withhold a penalty equal to 50% of the amount paid. Beyond this deadline will not be recognized any refund.
If the event cannot take place due to unforeseen reasons of force majeure (COVID-19, natural disaster), the amount paid by the crew will be held valid for the next edition.

ACCEPTANCE OF STANDARDS

Pursuant to Law D. Lgs. 196/2003 we authorize the organizer of the event to collect and process this data:

Acknowledgement and Agreement by the Entrant, the 1st and 2nd Driver. The Competitor and the crew members, both individually and jointly, personally and on behalf of each support person who will operate during the “WinteRace Cortina 2027”, acknowledge and agree the following: a) to possess the standard of competence necessary for competing in the event to which this entry is related and that entered is suitable and roadworthy for the event; b) to abide by and to be bound by the codes and regulations of this event, which is held under the Highway Code the Sporting and Technical Regulations of the ASI. They raise any liability to the ASI, the WinteRace S.r.l., the organizer and all their officials, employees, representatives and assistants for each case of damage which may incur as a result of participation in the “WinteRace Cortina 2027”.

INFORMATION REPORTING to Art. 13. Your personal data will be processing by computer for purposes of: a) send information on cultural and recreational events; b) marketing, promotional and informative material (treatment that require your consent); c) social media communications via WinteRace’s Facebook and Instagram pages. For operations of mailing, data may be shared with external companies responsible for organizing the event. Finally, we remind you to exercise your rights under art. 7 of legislative decree 30th June 2003 No. 196, please contaact the owner of, by writing to: WinteRace S.r.l. - Largo Repubblica, 7 - 20057 Vedano al Lambro (MB). CONSENT (pursuant to Article 13 of the Code of Personal Data).

Conditions of registration

In case of cancellation of the crew notified by 4th January 2027 will be charged a penalty equal to 50% of the amount paid; beyond that date no refund will be recognized.

If the event could not take place due to unforeseen reasons of force majeure (example COVID-19, natural disaster), the amount paid by the crew will be kept valid for the next edition.
